MISSION: Lawrence Talks! is an interdisciplinary media platform for the Lawrence, Kansas community. Bringing scholars from the University of Kansas, Haskell Indian Nations University, and other area institutes of higher education into conversation with community leaders, artists, entrepreneurs, and change-makers, our goal is to blend the research and insights of academia with issues and topics of interest to the general public. We are committed to being a space for underheard voices from diverse backgrounds as well as a free and accessible outlet for frank and open community conversations.
